Dear Coaches and Parents,

We hope this message finds you well. As we gear up for another exciting season of Wrangler Rep baseball, we want to share an important decision regarding our team structure, particularly in the 18U division.

This year, we will be fielding **two teams in the 18U division**. This decision is driven by the unique structure of age divisions at this level. Unlike other divisions, which consist of single-year age groups, the 18U division encompasses multiple years. This has resulted in two full teams from previous years merging to one. To ensure that all players transitioning from the 16U division have a team to join, we have opted to create a 17U team alongside the 18U team. This approach will help us accommodate the growing number of talented players while ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to participate.

We understand that this decision may raise questions, especially since we have not previously formed multiple teams at any age division. We want to emphasize that this situation is distinct from other age groups, where we remain committed to maintaining a single team per division. The unique nature of the 18U division necessitates this adjustment to support our players effectively, and we expect that will likely continue in future years.
